Kathy has been in real estate for 17 years. She and her husband Matt, also a realtor, have been married for 43 years and are natives of Historic Jefferson, Texas. Born and raised in Jefferson, she has a love for the town and the community. She is active in the local Rotary Club and believes highly in the Rotary Motto "Service Above Self". A member of the New Prospect Baptist Church, she has served as the Church Treasurer for 17 years and also on may different committees. She is the mother of two children, Mallory Williams (husband, Josh) and Clay Whitfeild (wife, Hillary). Her pride and joy are her grandchildren: Vivienne age 8, Sylas age 7, and Cooper age 2. She feels extremely blessed to have met so many wonderful people through real estate. Kathy enjoys the one on one, meeting new people and helping them sell their home, or finding the perfect home for the ones coming into our area. In the 17 years, she has receive numerous awards and recognitions. But the ones that mean the most are the quality service awards, knowing that she has done her best to help her clients.
