When me and my husband started to consider buying a house, our first thought for a realtor was Richie Arnold. He has always been very accommodating when scheduling to look at a house. He always told the truth about the area the house was located, and/or the known problems the house had. We loved working with Richie on the purchase of our first home and would for sure use him again if we need a realtor.

If you have a real estate transaction for property on Lake O'the Pines in Northeast Texas, you're not going to find any real estate agent with more local knowledge than Matt Whitfield. I was VERY pleased with the bottom line price he got for my house in spite of the restrictions associated with the Covid virus.
