If you have a real estate transaction for property on Lake O'the Pines in Northeast Texas, you're not going to find any real estate agent with more local knowledge than Matt Whitfield. I was VERY pleased with the bottom line price he got for my house in spite of the restrictions associated with the Covid virus.
